1. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts for users under 13 must be created and managed by an organisation and/or a parent or guardian. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use our products for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms;
- Do not access data you are not authorised to access, or attempt to breach security or tenant isolation;
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the products (scraping, overload, reverse engineering);
- Do not upload malware or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
3. Your content & data
You retain ownership of content you submit. Where a product is multi-tenant, the operating organisation is responsible for the data it manages, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Fees & payments
Subscription or service fees, billing cycles, and refund terms are as agreed with you or your organisation or as stated in your plan.
5. Intellectual property
Our products, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Singnet and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for their intended purpose.
6. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, to protect the products or other users, or to comply with law. You may stop using a product and request account deletion at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singnet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the products.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
