SchoolOS Terms
These app-specific terms apply to your use of the SchoolOS app and supplement our company-wide Singnet Terms of Service. Where they conflict, the app-specific terms below govern for SchoolOS.
1. Institute (tenant) data
SchoolOS is multi-tenant. Academic, attendance, and fee records belong to the institute that operates the account, which is responsible for their accuracy and lawful handling. We process such data on the institute’s behalf per the SchoolOS Privacy Notice.
2. Student & guardian accounts
Accounts for students under 13 must be created and managed by the institute and/or a parent or guardian. Roles and access within an institute are configured by that institute’s administrators.
3. Fees & payments shown in-app
Fee and payment figures displayed in SchoolOS are records managed by your institute. For billing disputes, contact your institute administrator. Subscription terms between us and the institute are covered by the company Terms.
4. Acceptable use, IP, disclaimers & liability
These apply across all Singnet products and are set out in the company Terms of Service, including acceptable use, intellectual property, suspension/termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.
