How long does setup take?
Most institutes are up and running in 15–30 minutes — create your enterprise, add your sessions, import students, and you're live. We can help on a call if you're nervous about the first run.
Can I import students from Excel?
Bulk CSV import lands in Premium soon. Until then we'll do a one-time import for you free during onboarding.
Where is my data hosted?
Singapore region for low latency to India. Daily encrypted backups to Backblaze with 30-day retention. Your data is yours — full export anytime.
Does it work offline?
The Android app caches read data for offline browsing. Writes (marking attendance, recording payments) need a connection. Offline write queue is on the roadmap.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. Pro-rated for the rest of the billing cycle.
What about WhatsApp / SMS to parents?
WhatsApp notifications are part of Premium. SMS fallback is metered (₹0.20 per SMS, charged separately).
